WCAG defines requirements for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities. The Site is substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This means most of the Site meets the standard. Some content may not yet fully conform, and we work to address issues as we identify them.
2) What we do to support accessibility
We have reviewed the Site against WCAG 2.1 Level AA and remediated the issues that review identified. The Site is built with semantic HTML and clear landmark structure, is operable by keyboard, provides visible focus indicators, respects the reduced-motion setting for animation, and includes text alternatives for images. We consider accessibility as we make changes to the Site.
3) Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. Certain third-party or embedded components, such as the bot-protection challenge used on our contact form, are provided by external services and are outside our direct control, so they may not fully meet the standard. If you rely on assistive technology and encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us.
